  • 4. Sending selected applications to the client

    As soon as we have a bit more profiles than the number of candidates requested, we forward them to you so that you can make your choice.
    It is also possible, on request, to conduct video conference interviews or ask candidates for skill tests. This is when you can select your candidates.

    During the recruitment process, we perform background checks at the level of criminal records to ensure the integrity and reliability of candidates. For positions requiring degrees and experience, we make sure to obtain the necessary diplomas and work certificates from the candidates. This step is essential to offer peace of mind to the client and ensure that the selected candidates are trustworthy.

  • 6. Administrative procedures (contract signing, mandate, etc.)

    Once the candidate is selected, we take care of the necessary administrative procedures for the application and assistance in the formalities related to the hiring of the foreign worker.

  • 7. Transportation and arrival of candidates in Canada

    As we want to make sure that the arriving candidates are in good hands, we have our collaborator for the purchase of plane tickets. The agency helps you in searching for plane tickets and proceeds with reservations. We also offer a welcome service at Montreal airport and if you wish, we can also offer a transport service to the accommodation place where your candidate will be lodged.

    We ensure that the candidate’s integration process goes smoothly by providing ongoing support to both the client and the candidate. We remain available to solve any problem or answer any question that may arise during this critical integration period.
